hey, I was wondering if I could get some comments on the different methods to rotate a sprite in DBClassic. Since I don't have the rotate sprite command what am I to do? I know I can load different rotations of the sprite from a bmp file and place each into a different sprite. But that seems a little overly complicated for a such a simple idea.

Saving all the rotations isn't complicated at all. It's very easy, just save them, and load them, point them and move them. You get the added advantage of having a true light source, so long as you draw the sprites with a true lightsource. Another method is to texture a plain with just one rotation, then rotate the plain.

Pincho.
