Nice work! I'm grabbing this as soon as my iPad has some juice.

Can you post the app into the AGK Gallery too?

Hi,

I have downloaded the app and tried it on my iPad3. I find that the images and text can't get down to the bottom of the screen. Have you properly considered the size of the display on the iPad3?

Hi Rick,
Thanks for your feedback,
The app was tested on all types of iPad screens and has virtual resolution matching Retina display,
if placed sprites disappear in the bottom left corner that might be due to trash can (text or image disappears when the holder clip touches trash can image), otherwise it needs futher investigation;
Could I please ask you (and everyone here) to post if you find any bugs or inconvenience in using the app, it's just the 1.0 version so there's a space for improvement!
Sincerely

Hello everyone,
Chalk&Crayon received first update, related mainly to core UI functionality and bugfixes, together with Facebook share function. Also, I've got my first experience with localization (which I'd say is tough enough ).
You can also pariticpate in development of Chalk&Crayon and get your name highlighted in Credits&Acknowledgements section - we are now in strong need of translation into Chinese, French and German languages.
What do you think if I set up a crowdsourcing translation point for this purpose? This can create a good experience for all of us who wants to have their app localized.
Your comments and suggestions are extremely welcome!

hi MikeMax!

Thanks for your interest! I've established an organized crowdsourcing translation point at http://www.getlocalization.com/chalkandcrayon/ for your convenience. So if you find some time while having a cup of good coffee, I would be extremely grateful to you!

Everything is now translated in french. However, without the exact visual context ... some words could not be consistent (like "image/photos/pictures etc etc .. in french we have a lot of words to define a "picture" which each one means something slightly different (for example)...

Wow! That was really fluent If you need a promo-code for testing it's not a problem to share - however, free version contains all the texts, so you just need an iPad
please email me the wording for listing in credits and whether you need a promo code
Thanks!
