I have not received a product, I want to ask if I would have to wait another few days?

Barros, that is a little unusual but TGC do not process orders over the weekend. I will see if I can speed things up a little but please be patient.

Yes I think the issue was that we had to wait some days for your payment to fully clear through Global Collect.
