Greedy Apple, have never liked the company. I think they are desperate if they are trying things like this.

Is this the same judge who said Apple was going to lose the case before the trial started?

I was somewhat surprised by the verdict because a lot of articles I read suggested the government's case was falling apart and hinged on some pretty flaky material - but that may have been selective reporting.
