Normally, yes. There should be a mod that might have it. Google "FPSC IP".

I'd advise you not to make a multiplayer game though. Its cool if you want to play with friends,sure, but all FPSC Multiplayer Projects I have witnessed either never ran stable, attracted enough players to last longer than 2 days or just vanished in oblivion.
