How I can make a 2d animation? There's a form to animate the pixels?

2D animations can be made in an art package and loaded into DB/DBPro. You can load Avi animations, or you can make your own animations by pasting images to the screen. Sprites can also be used for animations, also plains.

Any art package.. try Paint Shop Pro. You might even find some free art packages on the net.

I have never tired Gimp, but it looks almost as powerful as Photoshop and it is free.

paint, paintshop pro, gimp or photoshop.

To make an image you basically make one image copy it than paste it.
You have to make frames. You take that one image and animate it make it look like it's moving. I'm trying to find an animation i did but my computer is being stupid sorry.

There are other ways to make animations. Modellers can make animations by rendering images to bitmaps. Poser can make animations of humans that look totally realistic, but you may have to change the faces quite a lot.

I know but I suck at graphics.I download some 3D modeller(milksahpe,anim8tor...) and I can't do anything.

Is just of those days when you don't wanna wake up everything is *****, everybody sucks you really don't know why, but you wanna justify rippin' someone head off!
