AppGameKit Classic Chat / AGK for c++ 2010 error "cannot open file "DarkPhysics.lib"

hello, i have recently got the trial of agk and i would like to try it out on c++ 2010 but after setting the program up i get this error:



if have got darkPhysics but i did not know it was needed in agk

how can this error be fixed?

that lib does not work with agk only dark gdk, because it has direct x, and this is opengl you can't really mix the two.

how to i get rid of the error? ive looked for #include "DarkPhysics.h" but i cannot find it.

Are you using the templates provided? I've not tried the trial so the most I can do is give educated guesses.

Have you setup the header and library paths in the solution properties?

Also, have a look in your solution properties (right click in solution explorer) and look at the linker settings. You should see a few .libs listed including AGKWindows.lib. If DarkPhysics.lib is there then try removing it. If the project is important, remember to back it up before trying this.

yes i am using the templates

the paths are settup for the lib and header files

ive looked in the linker settings and all that is included are
winmm.lib;AGKWindows.lib;Wininet.lib;OpenGL32.lib;Glu32.lib;%(AdditionalDependencies)

i cant find anything to do with dark physics on the project

I thought you couldn't use T2 in the trial?

i went to the agk website
it says on the trial page:
'The trial also includes water-marked libraries for coding in Tier 2 using Visual Studio C++.'
