I tried downloading the post effects from here: http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=192710&b=24

But whenever I try to download it the page refreshes.
Could someone please upload it somewhere else?

I just tried the download, and seems to be working fine?
Maybe you have something blocking it (mediafire)?
