So I got charged lastnight for the kick starter campaign. I had changed my funding amount to a lower tier the day before due to my financial situation at the moment but got charged for the silver backing. Who should I contact to make sure I get the silver badge and the crib sheet? Kickstarter sent me two emails, one confirming me in the lower amount backing, and one that says I got charged the higher amount.

What should I do? I would like to keep the silver backing as it has already been charged.

Nice to see with TGC we are dealing with human beings and not a microapple multi which is faceless! One of the main reasons i like the TGC model!
