Thank you, I am learning how to bake normals onto low poly models after I SCULPT A high poly version.

I am better at sculpting then I thought I would be, I do not have any example yet as I am still learning,but will show one soon,thank you for looking.

Always good to see more sci-fi stuff. There's a lack of it it seems compared to zombies and modern warfare themes.

the last one looks really nice, you should maybe focus on doing a race at a time
for example 4 types of those darkish aliens

and then move on/ rework the previous ones/ as a friendly suggestion
the details arent really catching my eye

anyways its clear that your already getting better since you started to use Blender

ye getting there
(what follows now is not ment as disrespect, its ment to make your workflow easier)

btw i would suggest to keep the current polyflow
that way you will end up with the middle lod version

now later on what you can do to reduce polys is the following

add a decimate modifier
go to Un-Subdivide
and under iterations set it to 2 = the result should be a even distributed lowpoly version of your model
now one thing is important to keep in mind
when constructing your model/ make it quads - always quads
do not use tris/ triangles

simply later on if your mesh has tris and quads
you wont get the results you expect

and to get teh highpoly lod version of your model
just add a multires modifier/ apply it
and then you have to tweak teh edge loops/ meaning
go into edit mode
select one or more of the obsolete edgeloops (the ones that are just too much) and press x
and now instead of using delete - edge loops
you have to use limited dissolve
this way you you keep the uvs intact!
and if it happens that the limited dissolve dint deleted the selected edge loop totally just press x again and then you can use edge loops - delete

i hope this gives you something to play wirth, i know blender is frustrating at the beginning but hey - its blender

WOW, So many great things I did not know, so it will make a low poly mesh for me with the same shape ?

And if so, should I do the head first then the body or I can do the whole mesh?

you can do the whole mesh but if you want to have some freedom later on
i would suggest havin the head extra - especiallyl since you are going to add more polys to it and lets face it you might just screw up teh rest of the model only for the sake of it being one mesh
and another good thing if your head is extra is you can swap/ create add additional headtypes for the same body and the result would be 4+ different types of aliesn of the same race

and ofc some additional props for the body aswell could be done
like - no armor/ light armored/ mid/ heavy

your choice

Yea, I do always separate my heads after I create the mesh, but this is a GREAT idea.

It would be easier for me in the end also, Now I am thinking I can have 4 different type's for each alien, thank you for your help and for your ideas.
