I want to delete it because I use fenix mod. My computer is bad like sh*t. So I don't use v117+. How can I delete the arms and hands part of them. I already have:

MilkShape
Blender
Sketchup
FragMotion

Can someone make a tutorial please?

No one has an answer for you that is why no one has replied. Searching the forums may help though there are lots of tutorials one may have what you need. Seems you have the tools for the job already.

If you want to delete the arms off an NPC... Like a zombie or something,

Open it in fragmotion

Select the verts that make up the arm and delete them.

then export as .x

hope this helps.
