The documentation has a DrawLine command but I get errors when I try to use it. Has it gone away?

First, are you using AppGameKit v10819?

Next, can you show the code for how you are using the line?

Forget DrawLine(), Jesse's back! Good to see you again.

Back on track, like AL says the version can be important especially if you are mixing online help with older releases. Unless you have a specific need for an older version get up to date first.

Really? The DrawLine command wasn't introduced until v1083 (that is where it first appears in the headers for AGK).

Hey!

It's good to be back online.

It's a version problem. I'm downloading v1076. Thanks for the info!

I will always be dedicated to TGC and AppGameKit! Great products!

Don't know what to tell ya then, but it says my build is 107. But I just updated to 108.19 now.

Hey guys,

It's good to be back in the fold. Long (and boring) story...

It's good to hear from everyone. Hope everybody is doing fine.

Thanks!

That is not a surprise at all. Given that Drawline wasn't officially part of the set before v1083.

Happy programming!

Phaelax probably has the Draw functions from the Useful Community Functions project in his code somewhere. It differs from the official Drawline command by one parameter.

You sure it wasn't just undocumented? Because my IDE highlighted it as a command. And when I upgraded to the current 108 beta, I didn't have to change any drawLine commands, so I'd assume all the parameters I already had were the same. Unless I was already on some earlier version of 108 and the IDE didn't update the version.

My version from the UCF project has a parameter for alpha, not sure but I don't think the AppGameKit command has alpha...
