Well I have most of the gameplay finished for Ice Brawlers 3d so I may as well start a thread for it since it should be released next month.

Will be available for:
-Android
-PC
-Blackberry

Working on Still...:
-cup run
-fighting
-graphics
-ai

When I started the project last week I didn't really know what to expect but it seems that it looks, operates , and just plain feels allot better then the original 2d game.

here is a screenshot...

and a video of it in action..

edit: very early alpha on ouya systems only!

controls:
-use the mouse (touch pad) to navigate menus
-left analog stick moves guy
-right analog stick either winds up to shoot or cross checks
(hold it in and point it in the direction you are wanting to shoot)
-u button is to dive (hold it in to stay down)
-y button is to switch players providing you don't have the puck
-sys(u) button end game and terminate app
(2player mode does work...)
just have 2 players and 2 controllers to play
remember its a hard core alpha.....play it have fun!

Thanks...im usually quick once the graphic work is usable.

Drawing and Animating takes the most time out of all my projects.

Here is an updated video of my progress so far.

got some menu coded, tweeked some ai....etc

I still may need to slow the game down more as the play seems to move back and forth a tad too quickly.

Working on:
-adding a clock / score keeping
-flipping threw periods
-tournament mode

After those are complete:
-2 Player same machine / over lan
-ouya build (2 controllers support)
-code fighting
-add an audience to those mt seats

video so far:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jyc-mPccALA&feature=youtu.be

video is a tad choppy but is running at 60fps (its my pc/recording software)

Ok hard core alpha here but if you want to try it and see what I got so far....

I have only made available an ouya version so you will need to install this on your ouya using the browser.

Afterwards the game will appear in your play menu.

Thanks...

Im still trying to perfect multiplayer over Wi-Fi for android/bb

...hopefully an update will be around the corner.

Its actually fairly hard to sync a game nicely when its running at 60fps.

I have done syncing at 30fps in the past and was much easier...

(im talking about multiplayer coding) fyi...

Its been awhile since I've made a post but I want people to no that the game is not dead.

I'm going to be reworking both IceBrawlers, IB3D to better game visuals that will both support IAP for OUYA and GOOGLE PLAY.

If I do get my hands on ios I will be setting it up for that as well.

Also I wanted to mention that im turning IB3D into a tiled engine so it can better support in game virtual lighting effects that I will have lots of fun coding with. Changing the Game engine to 3d tiles will help produce a proper stadium with fans in the mt seats actually animated. Currently it would be very difficult to do that and with any proper lighting.

That's why im choosing a tiled Ice Rink to be built starting now.

I have taken ICEB3D off android for now...well lets actually put it out for free and it will support IAP in the future when I get the new updates rolling out.

So enjoy the current Ice Brawlers 3D free and it will support IAP when the new upgrades start rolling out with the tiled 3d engine.
