Dark GDK / LoadObject and Groups (AKA Limbs)

When I load a .X or .3DS files with multiple groups, is it loaded with the groups (limbs) in tact? I have these files set up multiple groups so I can set the colors and textures of each one. When I try to set the colors, it has no affect on the object.

the object needs to be in specific fvf format which contains vertex colors - if you're usinf set vertexdata diffuse color.

If you're using color limb i think the object needs to be affected by light

I am continuing this discussion in DarkGDK.NET. But I have been trying a few different things and having no affect.
