I need to know if I can use Dbpro to access output of a website/link.

Internally with dbpro, and not my external browser.
The site itself has javascript but the output is plain text.
I want to download and work with the output from a link.

I have looked at the ftp commands and the few http commands. I am pretty sure Ian's Matrix utilities aren't what I am looking for either. I have searched around on these forums and haven't found the answer.

Is this possible with dbpro?
Thank you.

the commands are there (have a look at http request data command in the help files) although there are reports that it's a bit buggy and doesn't work for all websites.
there have been alternatives given a few times in the forum (please do more searches, with keywords of "urlmon", "download", "webpage", etc. (sorry I don't know how to locate the posts specifically, I just remember seeing them). good luck.

Thanks mr_d. I found out how to do it with urlmon and a download function.
Which is actually way easier than I thought it was going to be.
