This is an important issue to me as storytelling is becoming a bigger part of my project. I would like to not be stuck with only 2 enemy characters that can lip-sync dialogue.

For the price I'd pay to get all these characters, I'm sure its a steal but I just need to know if this support was built in-place before I make a purchase. If BSP or anyone who has the pack would let me know, I'd be extremely grateful.

I don't believe they do. I think only the science pack and history do. i think that's model pack 44 and 45. just check them out.
