FPSC Classic Product Chat / # is not increasing render shroud size

I have accidentally pressed the ` key and reduced the render shroud size. Looking at the shortcut chart # should increase its size, but it is not doing so. I am wondering if it is due to a difference with US and UK keyboards. I have a US keyboard. Does that make a difference?
