If you have overwritten the original "Press Enter To Use" file with yours, you could try closing FPS Creator, run FPSCreatorCleaner.exe from the main folder and finally relaunch FPS Creator. Everytime you build a level, all your textures are saved inside a single file called "imageblock.bin" (it's inside FPS Creator/Files folder). If you make changes to the textures "on the go" without removing that file, and therefore without rebuilding the level, FPSC uses the "old" imageblock.bin which still contains the original "Press Enter To Use" file. Using FPSCreatorCleaner.exe, you basically delete that file as well as cleaning the other temporary FPSC uses during the building process. If you test your level this way, FPSC should now be using the correct texture. Hope this helps!
