So I have been messing with FPS Creator again recently (finally after I replaced the Hard Drive with another)

So maybe I can get some helpful feedback, on why my Script will not work. I have been messing around with it for days, and I decided that I will ask for help from the Community, mainly, I was trying to do it myself.

NEW VERSION

By the way, I have tried this and does not work. [below]

So close to getting it work now, however, avoid the ones above. What happens, that I am trying to fix. Is when the player presses shift and w (shift must be held first) then will begin to lose health, however, it will only occur once and stop. Any suggestions?

Hi Fpsc Remaking Halo
The "scancodekeypressed" can be tricky at times. Trial and error?
There's always the "keypressed=X Y" You could try that?
But I would go with the "plrrunning" condition for this one.
As in ":plrrunning:state=1" There's also the "plrnotrunning"
condition.
best

@Seth - Yeah I like that too, however, since mcmako told me about the plrrunning state, I made this and appreciate the script help

Downloaded the Syntax, since it is real useful

Script for others if you wish to use as well

Why not help the player a little by making the health regenerate when they aren't running?

You could implement the plrnotrunning condition.

I see you have the 'running remove health' script repeating very 300 milliseconds. You could make it so the health regenerates at a slower rate (say 600 milliseconds)

Anyway, just an idea.

Cheers

Jay.
