Player sticking to Small Character Entities*

Okay just came across quite an annoying situation in FPSCx9. I have made a dozen small character entities like robots and animals... and I noticed if the player is too close and they move away... the player is for whatever reach sticks to them and slides with their movement. I'm assuming because they are small enough for the player to assume they are to be slightly stepped on?

Is there a way around this or anyone else experience issues like this?

I'm trying to figure out what your getting at. Do you mean
the player is like "sliding" when too close to these characters?
If so I do recall a similar problem awhile back.

You know you're a bad gamer when you're able to run out of infinite lives.

Yes its a collision issue. Wondering if I have to somehow increase the collision "box" height.

I've tried the various different collision modes which each give different results. But the issue still is slightly there.

Player slides in the direction the entity is moving because I'm assuming the player is slightly "above" the entity's collision shape.
