FPSC Classic Product Chat / Material Audio Sounds will not play

Hi There,
I am using custom material sounds.
The issue has nothing to do with mono/stereo or sample rate.
Whenever the problem happens, it will not play the sounds associated with hitting or destroying.
They work in testing.
They work when building a game.
Then, when building different map, they don't play.
If I load the map a few different times, it will play without making any adjustments to the sounds.
I have tried converting all of them to 22050 and to 44100, and changing this number in the materials text, etc.
It also does not matter which "exe" is used to build or test-
when the problem occurs there is no logical reason.
Please help asap.
Working towards a release.
