Open characters texture file with “<texturename>_d2.dds” name. Locate characters eyes position on the texture, then open his other texture file with “<texturename>_I.dds” name and paint that spot you located previously in color you need his eyes to glow with.

Thanks, I'll try this out. Though I'd assume it all depends on what effects your using in the FPI.
