I saved a 3D game to my laptop and when I try to open it, it says " The program can't start because d3drm.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I don't know how to reinstall it though...

uninstall the old stuff and install it again that's what reinstall means

gamekid, you need to download DirectX version 9.0c. This may help with the 3D Gamemaker issue as well.
