I do not know of a plugin but if you copy then paste to WordPad, then you can copy and paste that to your txt document.
This process could be done through DBPro using virtual keys but not easy.

Heya Guido..have a gender at my old plugin called DBPDF. Maybe it can help you somehow.

Download DBPDF version 1.1 for the function though...and use
DBPdfGetTextToTXT function

I've created a simple demo on how to extract and dump the text to a text file.Source code included as usual

-Run the dbpdf.exe application
-Select your pdf file through the file selector.
-Select which ever page of your choice by left and right clicking.
-Press T on your keyboard to dump the currently viewed page.
-Once pressed you should be able to see the extracted file in the text folder from the main application folder.
