I use the forum to contact the people from TGC because:

A week ago I send a contact message from the TGC(sales)-website. Using the fancy "contact us! +" at the lower right side. And never got an answer or was contacted.

What can I do, to get an answer?

Pretty much just wait, they have taken to be quite slow to reply to those messages lately.

I've sent them a few messages, one was responded to in about 12 hours, the other took about 40 days, well after I'd forgotten about the question. As Rudolpho said, you just have to wait because there's unfortunately not much you can do about it.

Well thank you everybody!

I found another way to solve my problem with an order. Now I'm waiting delivery (the order is in the state "Awaiting Approval") - hopefully it will not take 40 days.
