Not natively (..well possibly by calling a windows dll manually or something, not sure about that), but there are a few plugins allowing this. Most notably BlueGUI, it used to be sold on here, but as
it seems it's free to use now.
There may be other plugins doing the same, but I haven't really looked into them recently.
Also alternatively you could write your own GUI functions (quite a bit of work though and you should know your arrays, UDTs and functions) or use one of the user created ones - unless you aim for that "official" windows look or are just looking for a quick and easy yet well working implementation, in that case you should probably go with one of the plugins.
