Newcomers AppGameKit Corner / Help - Can't use quote characters

Hey all,

Installed AppGameKit V2 again and I'm just fooling around a bit. I do have a little problem. Can't type quote characters (""). Whenever I enter that, two small dots appear. For now I helped myself by copy-pasting the characters but It's no fun

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi,

Got the same problem.

Some small quotes/ dots witch can't be recognized when compiling.

try the keyboard trick.

1. Press shift+ ctrl at the same time (change the keyboard language)

2. Press shift + 2

When you are ready Press shift + ctrl again (change the keyboard language back).

Its not the best way but for me it is to get it done.

Maybe someone else got a better solution?

I knew about the Ctrl+Shift, but not of ctrl+2. Thanks for the tip!
