It's more like DBPro development went internal, became a tool for producing things like GameGuru.

We might get an update, but really the future of DBPro development is AGKv2 - that will take over from DBPro the second it gets support for bone animation and some more 3D features (hopefully some mesh memblock stuff). In my opinion at least, I think that switching to AGKv2 is a wise move for projects that are early enough in development to switch.

I am the one who knocks...

That is a depressing prospect.

Right, but I think DBPro is better than AppGameKit for learn basics.because AppGameKit no have good and full tutorials like DBPro. I think AppGameKit need more features and tutorials for replace with DBPro and Unfortunately AppGameKit v2 still don't support for bone animation and 3D features like DBPro.

One thing I'd like to see is GameGuru switch over to the AGK2 backbone in the future to creating any type of game that can be compiled out for any platform. Although, that scenario is probably a long way off given the current development state of both products.

As far as tutorials and learning AGK2, that'll keep building up over time as the small team developing it have their hands tied with implementing necessary features. Regardless it's great product to invest in, supporting multiple platforms is the hot thing right now. And who would argue with opening yourself up a new revenue stream for no additional effort?
