The best thing to do when looking for something, is to scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter it in the search box. Entering "flashlight", will give results for many flashlight scripts, as well as flashlight related help.

If you are using version 1.20.018 then you can use the flashlight command set to script a working flashlight or use dynamic lightning for the effect.
