Using a photo, the website will determine your age with pretty accurate results, at least in the few photos I've tried it with.

Out by 14 years!
Looks like a little bit of stubble confuses it.

Overestimated my age by 26 years! I am not even 26 years old. I have tried a variety of images, and it does seem to very consistently differentiate between male and female; that alone is pretty neat, even if the age guessing is pretty off.

One picture: 36. Another was 25, which is fair, I am 25, but the picture was from when I was 24, but I'll let it off.

What surprises me is that it doesn't ask for feedback on your actual age. It is a waste of a huge opportunity to finetune the system.

If it was a Google venture, they would be feeding everything back into the system. We would be unwitting lab-rats with every submission of an image.

It told me I was 54... It overestimated by a rather large number (31 years).

31. People usually guess me around that age aswell. I'm merely 23 though.

Hm. On one photo it thinks I'm 31, on another 26.
And two more 27s. And on a photo with my glasses on it doesn't even detect a face.

I'm 22. It consistently thinks I'm atleast 5 years older than I actually am. xD

For reference, this got a 27 (after rotating it the right way up...) and this got a 31?...
Does my silly mug look that old?

And if they're working on facial recognition software, well they must have a good database by now.

I've fed it three of my photos and it said 36 for each.. I'm going to be 35 this year so it's fairly accurate.

The tool is really quite impressive, but it's so much more fun when it's wrong.
