I have in my cpu installed Android SDK & Eclipse from another development enviroment; Do i need to install also Android NDK and Cygwin if I only want to work exclusive with Tier 1 development?

If you are working exclusively with Tier 1, then you do not need any of the Android Development tools... AppGameKit is all that is required.

Using AppGameKit V2 Tier 1

Yes u are right, probably the "Step by Step guide to creating a working .APK file." post was referring an older version of AGK; With the export option is extremely easy.
