Hello everyone,


I've made and released my first app some time ago. Thought I might as well show it here.

Made it after I saw "Flappy Bird" and thought it would be a good type of game as a first attempt.

Some 400 crashes later... Yeah, its a good game lol!

An excellent first game, I've been trying to beat that top score for ages! I will definitely do it eventually...

I really like how you are adding up the crashes, one thing I did notice though, is that for some reason it no longer saves, everytime I load the app it says 68 crashes...

well done, great work

This game is INSANELY difficult - I think my pilot must be drunk! (I think 12 is my top score so far!)

One thing: I couldn't exit the app with the back button. I think it would be nice to exit back to the home screen from the main menu using the back button. Especially as the app continues to use CPU clicks when in the background (was this done in Tier 2?).

Rezalt, just downloaded the new version, and you have spelt the icon name incorrectly... You have Etnernal... Oh, and I have the top score BOOM!

The icon hasen't shown up for me yet, but looking at the image in my folder it should be spelled correctly.. :S

Its not the image, I'm referring to the name of the app which appears underneath the icon (on the homescreen)...

Very odd indeed... Check mine out...

You have loaded two updates recently, right? Maybe I am one version behind? I'll uninstall and reinstall, see what that does...

EDIT: The plot thickens... Redownloaded and now the spelling is correct, but the icon has reverted back to your original one... Sounds like a local issue...

Haha, I reinstalled it and I got the error.

I have made and uploaded a new version, and have quadruple-checked the spelling of the name!

So hopefully there will be no more errors.

I just performed an update via the play store and now have the "Etnernal Escape" version. Hehe. Maybe it takes a while to propagate. I'll do another update later to see if I get the correctly spelled version. In the meantime - MUST GET TOP SCORE!!!!

...several hours later...

AARGH! Still can't hit that top spot! Oh well. Very addictive game.

This might sound a bit strange, but I feel it really needs to be more aggressively monetised! Like a full screen insterstitial after every five crashes, or when you go onto the rank page etc. It needs something to give you a break between attempts. My head started going seriously funny after playing for a while non-stop. When I looked away from the screen, everything was still moving! + I want you to earn good out of this. Great stuff!

It does take some time for the updates...

Haha, I also got pretty lucky, although I have had a lot of practice when making the game.

I suppose I could up the advertisements. Never considered getting any kind of profit from this, as this game along with the advertisements were just a test to see if I could do it.

So I'll probably just leave it as is, and then add a better monetization system for my new project.


But thank you for your comments! I'll definetely be showing my new app here as well, when it's far enough in its development.
