I don't know where to ask so I decided to ask here. I've already ask people at Pantip.com (Thai) but no one answer me. Anyway, I want to use the music in my videos.
My questions are:
Can I use the music purchase from itunes commercially?
Or do I need to buy a CD album?
I don't know about other countries, but in Thailand, you can get the music legally buy typing the correct number and call it. Can I use this music legally?
I know this may sounds silly and stupid, but I don't know where to ask.

No.

Buying the album doesn't give you any publishing rights.

If you want ot use somebodys music then you'll need to check with them.

Neither. In most countries you pay a subscription to use any music. In the UK it is PRS or PPL, depending on the type of use.
For example, a DJ pays about £200 / yr to play music in clubs and parties.

YouTube provides a lot of free licenced music, have a look there if you can find something similar... and also what BatVink above have said is also true. Look into the rights holder of the artist you are thinking to use and find out if they provide it for a licence, YouTube will flag you automatically eventually... this will involve at some point you losing your account completely.

According to the internet, for thailand specifically:
