you will have assigned a color file and a texture file.

I imagine you have a red color file.

Can you please show us the images you are using and the code you are using to generate the terrain?

UV coords could be corrupted, like the layer with the colour map might be clamped to the top left pixel of the colour texture.

PS: I forgot to mention that if i am disabling the zdepth of an object that is on screen, the terrain shows as normal.
