So you waiting your turn in line, and then when you finally reach the front, the person at the counter tells you that you are in the wrong line.
They tell you the line you want to be in is over there.

So that's when you close the 'While You're Waiting' app, and go to the other line, and start the 'While You're Waiting: Again!' app.

LOL...
Download 'While You're Waiting' from the App Store and the Google Play Store.
