i want to create game like a hotline miami but i dont know how to make: walls, shooting and enemie AI.

It'd probably be best of you bought one of these:

Teach Yourself Game Programming for Android and Windows

the official app-game-kit tutorial guide

and then worked your way up to something like Hot Line Miami.

As far as I remember, the"Teach Yourself Game Programming for Android and Windows" isn't available to buy.
