Next game will be out soon. This time it will be a number puzzle since everyone loves number puzzles

Hey dustOnPc,

Congrats on publishing your first game.

A few points of criticism:

The START / RETRY button doesn't look like a button at all, you should consider improving its design.
Also, I have no idea what the coins are for, as they give no points at all.
The coin / jump / speed stats are useless.
The 'coin' graphic should definitely get an update ^^
When you're at it, fix the red warning arrow graphic...
Sometimes crates spawn on coins, which renders them uncollectable.
When you tap the screen on the x axis, the frog just 'beams' instead of moving there.
There should be a seperate left/right button and a jump button, or an improvement of the controls.
I have no sounds at all on my Galaxy S4.
No help and no options.
No quit button.

You may want to polish up this game a bit before you release another one.
Stuff like this could backfire badly on your reputation as dev.

On the other side, you learn best by making mistakes. Out of the 11 games I've published, only 2 of them could really be considered successful. I do not regret making the other 9 though. I've learnt a lot from them.

To be honest, I don't recommend you bother trying to fix the points PSY pointed out. Instead, learn from them and in your next venture, make sure you don't make the same mistakes. Your next app won't be a million install success, and neither will the one after. They will be steps on the road to learning. I don't think your dev rep is particularly important at this stage. Your experience is what will matter.

The most important thing I think, is look at the points PSY made, and apply them to your next project.

Always remember, Rovio made 51 failures before they made angry birds. They wouldn't be a multibillion dollar company now if they spent all their time trying to improve the first 10 games.

I agree with what you said for the most part

On the other hand, the gap between a successful title and a disaster can sometimes be just 50 lines of code or a two-hour coding session.
Plus it's good practice to improve a small project, and to see what big a difference it can make.

But yeah, depending on the project, it can also be like pissing in the wind.
