Got an idea from another member looking for "spray paint" cans, so I looked around and didn't find much on the subject.
Made a simple "spray paint weapon" that actually kinda works Still has some rough edge's but will work them out.
If there's a need for it I'll release it soon when done...

That's crazy! Crazy good. I can't think of a way it would fit into game-play except to be something fun and unexpected. Well, I guess you could see if it's being used within a certain wall or other item and send in the waypoint squad to arrest the tagger?
Way outside the box, man.

@ Mriganka & Xplosys Thanks guys, yeah it doesn't have much purpose. Just for fun.
And also the walls (segments) can not have a "material" assigned to them or else
it shows "smoke & shards" when painting them. Not very realistic

Mr Love, Yes you can, the "paint" is just a bullet-hole decal. Kinda like a "poster" I guess.
If you look in your "gamecore" folder you'll see "bulletholes", I just changed
one to look like paint spray. You can assign any decal/poster to a weapon you wish

This could be used to cover graffiti tags, pretty much like in GTA San Andreas !

It'd be great for like a joke weapon if it stun locked enemies

I really like that....you could add it to gameplay as a quest feature with a reward for tagging certain walls.

Omg thats so amazing! Say Ncmako, if you release it, I'd love to use it in my future slender games, I'll credit your name in the open splash! This would be great for marking the area you've already visited in a large slender map

@ Everyone, Thank you for the comments. Yeah, it doesn't fit in game play very much, just for fun.
@Stealth Sin Remember that the walls you intend to "spray paint" need the "material=x" removed
before you can paint them I'll work out the bugs this weekend to release it

Ok, here is the "Spray Paint" weapon. Should work straight forward. Drop the entity anywhere you wish into your entitybank.
The weapon I placed under the "modernday" guns folder. Now two things to remember...

#1: The "bulletholes" I included a backup copy. If you open the bullethole.dds file you'll notice the top left one I changed for "spray paint" (change the color to suit your need)
The top left is slot-#0. IF ANY OTHER OF YOUR WEAPONS use slot #0 for a bullet hole, this "paint" decal will show, you will have to change the weapons scorchtype slot # in it's gunspec file (scorchtype = 0 thru 15 )
#2: Note, any wall you intend to paint, the segments .fps file need their "material index changed to "0" (materialindex0 = 0) most have 16 parts/index's
If you don't change it to zero, the wall will have shards & debris when painting

Any other problems, please let me know....thanks, enjoy
