Is it possible to get prerendered backgrounds in DBPRO

and is there any tutorials showing how to do this

look up the DRAW TO BACK command or the DRAW TO FRONT

I'm not sure what Indi means, but I'd just render a background in a modeller, and texture it onto a plain, or use a large sprite. So you need a modeller. There are some free ones around.

What indi meant is that if you use the DRAW TO BACK command, any 2D stuff (including COPY BITMAP, PASTE IMAGE etc) will draw to the background and your 3D will be rendered over the top of it

What, you can have bitmap backgrounds in DBPro? I didn't know that.
