My windows player couldnt view the movie but the screenshots look great. Is this all done in DB or another language? It looks great. How are the frame rates? and whats the storyline?

There are screens in the zip file. I saw your website, are you making this in DBPro? You seem to be quite a professional company. How far are you into this game?

Nice screenshots.

Glad you included them, cause I can't get the video to work.

@Dakilla

I've been watching your project through your website for about 3 months now. Every once in a while I check a folder that is label "Dark Basic Sites" which has websites of projects that I should watch. Looks like you've come a long way, and I'll keep checking up on your site.

Yeah... Dakilla was a good artist. I am just a low-profile programmer beside him. (As always, programmers is always behind the scene and never get credited. Hahaha...)

Anyway, regarding the in-game shot, YES, DBpro can achieve the same quality. We try to cut down the polys count, and try to deliver the same degree of details in some other way. I coded a bump+spec shader a few months ago. (I think I posted here before.)

To give you an idea how does it look like under DBpro engine, below is out the capital ship in our game rendered in DBpro.

Well... we are doing it part time for around a year until now. Things are pretty slow but we believe we can make it.

Feel free to tell us if you guys have any contacts to publishers or VCs.

heh, I'm just kidding, it's cool, except the ships would never fly in a formation like that.. unless of course they are drunk.
