@ Syh It's not the BlackIce Mod page itself, the problem stems from TGC ( the owners )
This is a link to where the packs are now being hosted. https://github.com/TheGameCreators/FPS-Creator-Classic
The only thing you can do is to contact TGC and ask if they can check into the packs and try and sort it out

Syh Before we start passing model packs around ( I realize they have been released for free) best if we/I contact TGC for permission
or at least try and fix the problem Someone else may have gotten permission to do this ?
