You will need to do this in this game in tier 2 and I will pay you if you can code the game.

It is quite simple, a space-invaders clone with a little bit of differences, but fairly simple.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason why this shall be Tier 2? Is it just for learning purposes then because the end result (the game) won't make a difference.
