I've made some updates. Nothing about REST API has changed, so no worries there. But I've finally added support to leave reviews on games for registered users. Also, fixed a bug where if a game was not marked public it could still be accessed. Eventually, I'll add support to edit reviews, but right now you can only submit one. And you cannot submit more than 1 review per game in a 24 hour period. This is to help eliminate possible spam and abuse.
For the moment, the site isn't taking any new users. Not until I update the reCAPTCHA (v1 was shutdown apparently).
