I was looking for something exactly like this:

But the table only covers up to 2016 (I assume it is complete for all the models before then). Could you please update the table? I miss the codes for, say, iPhone X and iPad Pro.

@Richard_6: Right now I will use it for getting around some weird behavior I get out of the Getmaxscreensize functions for the iPad Pro 12''. But I'll probably use it for debugging purposes as well.
