Has anyone ever come across a full screen shader for a kind of "water colors" or primary color shader ?
I had this old one from Evolved" I think, but not really what I'm looking for. Looking for something that
just lets the primary colors thru.

@ seppgirty, is this close to what your after ?
I'll play with it and see if I can narrow down colors some more.
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..

looks pretty good. Keep playing with it. I was thinking of doing hand drawn textures and using primary colors.

@ seppgirty I'm still playing with the full-screen cell shader. I'm trying to get the colors to "pop-out"
like a cartoon ? Getting there slowly It is a "full-screen" shader and does not affect performance at all ( not that I can see )

This is looking really good mako. That last video you posted looks like a rotoscoped movie, like "A Scanner Darkly".

Looks really good Mike. Is that the built in effect or reshade?
