I have placed the files in one folder in the entity folder.(file.x, jpeg, dds file, and fpe file) I should work right? Can anybody tell me if I have missed something?

A .bmp image of the entity for the thumbview ( 64x64 or 128x128 ) If your .fpe file is setup correctly that is all you need.
This is where something like Entity-Workshop V2 comes in handy

Do you mean Entity Workshop ? An error when you load the mesh .x file ?
Or when loading the texture ? Or just when you start the program?

riccetts What you could try are different "Compatibility" setting for the program if it crashes as times.
I have to run it with "admin rights" and "XP" settings to get it to run. I do know some people have to
"uncheck" everything if running Win10. So try that and see if it works better

riccetts It must be the mesh then. Something is wrong or corrupt with it ?
If you want, zip it up and email to me, or post it here if you don't mind.
I'll try and get it to work.

Riccetts Easy fix, the mesh scale was thru the roof. Way too large.
I scaled it down and it now works just fine. One thing though, this is only a entity for picking up?
There is no hud, script or anything else with this after player picks up. It's up to you to finish it all
best,

I have the hud in the water(trigger) directly after the mask pickup. I'm hoping soon I will put together a script for it.
Thanks for your help
