Hello and greetings TGC Forum users!

I tried to solve this,by reinstall FPSC and reinstall black mod again for 2 times,I'm not sure whats the problem with it. Whenever player dead or going to winzone, the game will error just like the picture attached. Any help is appreciate :

Double check any custom scripts & media, also anything that maybe related to player health?
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...
