Possible, yes. Easy, no. There is no native method in Tier 1, you'd have to make your own pdf writer.

ITextSharp is a PDF library for .net
You could use it to develop a Plugin or maybe petition some of the Guru's here to help you do that

@blueFire, if its something you really need I could write you a windows plugin to write PDF files on a low level scale, I have a PDF lib I can convert to plugin format but its a hell ass lot of work with 100's of functions to wrap it certainly would not be free.

Oh I'm well aware, I attempted to make a reader in Java once. Decided to quit before I even started after looking at the format.
