Hi Does Ubuntu Server OS move a running process to another core if the core it is running on comes under heavy load?

This seems to answer my question if anyone is interested As far as I understand, when an app is running, its process requests are shipped to an available core by the OS. I thought an app was tied to a processor/core. So this means I can just start up a bunch of server apps for my game and the load will be balanced out by the OS Please do correct me if I am wrong
