I wanted to have Anti-aliased text and tried to use Cloggy's D3DFunc, but it seems only give Anti-aliased text when the font size is large, like 17 or 18.

Example:

How can I get Anti-aliased text with font size 12 for example with the D3D plugin?

Not a direct solution, just pitching a possible alternative:

Mage's Modular Code library
https://forum.thegamecreators.com/thread/220759

The bitmap font system relies on anti-aliasing being baked into the master image for the font. DBP sprite scaling isn't particularly good quality, seeming a bit like nearest neighbor. So in your case small text might not look nice enough our you might just need to find an appropriate font (custom fonts can be added).

Just an option.

Mage's Modular Code - Get awesome UI controls and powerful Bitmap Fonts!
Screen Device Recovery - Stop your apps from crashing when minimized/tabbed/screen locked.
CPU Friendly Frame Limiter - Make your app generate less computer heat + noise, and use less battery life!
